Founders Day - Live Your Song

Join us Saturday, November 6th, for a wonderful celebration of our Founders Day and the opportunity to hear from our amazing speaker Heidi Thomas. Heidi (Theta Chapter) is a Cosby survivor who testified at his trial but also discovered that music helped many of the most resilient of Cosby's victims. Her company, Health Through Music, utilizes the power of music to provide support for wellness and peace.

Cost: $32/person - includes salad and dessert. Salad Options:

• Power Salad: baby greens, quinoa, beets, red peppers, raisins, walnuts, avocado, and cranberry balsamic viniagrette
• Cobb Salad: Chopped iceberg lettuce and radicchio tossed with bleu cheese crumbles, avocado, cherry tomatoes, diced all-natural chicken, applewood smoked bacon, and a hard cooked egg with choice of dressing
• Grilled Chicken Casesar Salad: Crisp romaine dressed with creamy casesar dressing, tossed with parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, herb croutons, and topped with grilled all-natural chicken breast
