Founders Day - Live Your Song

Join us Saturday, November 6th, for a wonderful celebration of our Founders Day and the opportunity to hear from our amazing speaker Heidi Thomas. Heidi (Theta Chapter) is a Cosby survivor who testified at his trial but also discovered that music helped many of the most resilient of Cosby's victims. Her company, Health Through Music, utilizes the power of music to provide support for wellness and peace.

• Power Salad: baby greens, quinoa, beets, red peppers, raisins, walnuts, avocado, and cranberry balsamic viniagrette
