About the Event
Join us to celebrate Gamma Phi Beta. We will enjoy lunch, honor members and highlight how Gamma Phi has impacted each of us.
11 a.m. Registration and Social 11:30 a.m. Luncheon and Program Entrée selection:
- Chicken Marsala: Pan roasted 5oz Redbird chicken breast in creamy mushroom marsala with vegetable.
- Dijon Salmon: Pan roasted Chilean Salmon in Dijon Caper Beurre Blanc with vegetables
- Mushroom Ravioli: Roasted red tomato and spinach in rosemary butter broth, feta cheese to finish.
