About the Event
Join us for DAC's 2023 Founders Day! We will be celebrating Founders Day at The Club at Rolling Hills, on Saturday November 11th, from 12-2 pm. There will be a plated meal, and tickets will be $50 for dues members, $55 for non-dues members. Please indicate meal choice when RSVPing, and if attending please let us know your initiated chapter.
Meal Options:
- Pecan Crusted Chicken - A pecan-crusted chicken breast with a brandy cream sauce
- Filet of Salmon - Choice of pan-seared, broiled, or poached. Served with light dill sauce
- Grilled Vegetable Napoleon - Marinated and grilled veggies (portobello mushroom, eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, red pepper, tomato) with mozzarella, a balsamic reduction, basil pesto and red pepper coulis
All plates will be served with roasted veggies, orzo and assorted bread rolls. Drink options will be tea, lemonade and water.
